Ground school

Our experienced staff are on hand to offer ground school classes at a time to suit you, either in group sessions or one to one tuition.

We recommend a helicopter study pack be obtained. Please enquire about our custom made one which will give you all the materials relevant to your flight training. Ground school tuition is offered at £35 + VAT per hour

Radio Telephony

The radio telephony oral examination is carried out at the aerodrome as part of the PPL(H) training syllabus.

However our radio telephony examiner can examine anybody for the RT Licence. Please Contact Us for further details if you require a RT exam for your PPL application, whether it be for fixed wing or helicopters.
